Operators and owners of plants that use fuels generated from biomass (biofuels, for biogas see "Biogas Power Plants"), biomass or organic waste to produce electricity and usable heat. Employed biofuels include waste wood, liquid biofuels (palm oil), straw and others. Technologies used in this plants differ tremendously. They reach from simple sawdust incineration to wood gasification with gas-burning.
