Fuel cell developer CellEra raises USD2m

Israeli startup CellEra has raised USD2m in funding from Israel Cleantech Ventures and BrainsToVentures. The firm is developing low-temperature fuel cell technology which uses platinum-free catalysts. Cellera says the technology could reduce fuel cell manufacturing costs by around 70%. In 2008, the firm raised USD2m in funding from Israel Cleantech Ventures.
