Intelligent Energy and Suzuki form fuel cell venture

Intelligent Energy and Suzuki Motor are forming a joint venture to develop and produce air-cooled fuel cell systems. Under the deal, the Japanese carmaker will gain non-exclusive access to use Intelligent Energy’s hydrogen fuel cell technology in its vehicles.
