SolarHybrid buys 2.25GW of US solar projects from Solar Millennium

Germany’s SolarHybrid is paying an undisclosed amount to acquire a group of solar power projects in the US from Solar Millennium. The deal comprises Solar Millennium’s entire project pipeline for solar projects in the Southwest US, which have a combined capacity of 2.25GW. The deal is subject to SolarHybrid securing power purchase agreements for the under development projects.
