Lark plans USD55m UK solar farm

Lark Energy hopes to construct the UK’s biggest solar farm in Leicestershire, according to Solar Power Portal. The firm has reportedly submitted its plans to Charnwood Borough Council to build the GBP35m (USD55.6m) project, which will have a generating capacity of between 25MW and 30MW. If approved, construction is expected to begin before the end of the year.
