Novozymes and Sea6 developing seaweed-based biofuels

Novozymes and India’s Sea6 Energy are joining forces to develop a process for producing biofuels from seaweed. The Danish firm will research, develop and manufacture enzymes for the conversion process, while Sea6 Energy will contribute its offshore seaweed cultivation technology.
