Surana Ventures plans to build a manufacturing plant for photovoltaic (PV) modules in the Indian state of Gujarat, according to PV-Tech. The facility will reportedly have an annual production capacity of 5MW, and follows the completion of a plant of the same size in Hyderabad. Surana has also completed a solar farm in Gujarat, according to The Hindu Business Line. The project has a 5MW generating capacity and is expected to cost around INR556m (USD.2m) to build.
