Mitsubishi, Hitachi and MHI in USD65m Spanish EV demo project

Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (MHI), Mitsubishi Corporation and Hitachi have been picked by Spain’s New Energy and Industrial Technology Development Organisation (NEDO) to support the development of electric vehicle (EV) infrastructure in the country. The demonstration project, scheduled to take place in Malage, is expected to cost JPY5bn (USD65.5m) and will run through until 2016.
