Biodiesel firm REG plans USD108m IPO

US biodiesel producer Renewable Energy Group (REG) plans to raise up to USD108m through an IPO on the Nasdaq. The Iowa-based firm has hired UBS, Piper Jaffray, Stifel Nicolaus & Company and Canaccord Genuity to underwrite the offering, and hopes to sell 7.2m shares priced between USD13 and USD15 per share, according to the WSJ.
