First Solar forms joint venture with Solarhybrid - Rumour

First Solar is reportedly teaming up with Solarhybrid AG to form a joint venture to take over a number of solar projects being developed by Solar Millennium in the south west of the US. The deal, expected to close at the end if the month, would see the sites, which include a proposed 1GW solar plant in Blythe and a second 500MW project in Palen.
