ReEnergy buying Boralex biomass power plants for USD93m

ReEnergy is paying USD93m to acquire five biomass power plants in Maine and New York from Canadian energy firm Boralex. The deal ups ReEnergy's employees to 260 across four states and its installed energy generating capacity to 240MW. The deal remains subject to regulatory approval and is expected to close before the end of the year.
