Serious Energy buys energy management firm Agilewaves

Californian building materials firm Serious Energy is paying an undisclosed amount acquire Agilewaves. The firm, also based in California, has developed a building energy management system which provides facility managers and building owners with real-time metrics to help monitor and manage resource consumption and improve energy efficiency. Serious Energy will integrate Agilewaves platform with its own advanced energy software.
