Ambienta invests USD23m in water treatment firm Amplio

Amplio Filtration (AFG) has raised USD23m in equity funding from Italian private equity fund Ambienta SGR. The company, a subsidiary of London-based investment firm Amplio Group, provides a range of water treatment equipment, such as membrane and filtration technologies, as well as maintenance services. Through its Puresep subsidiary, AFG supplies customers including Heineken, Diageo, Britvic, Walkers and Wexport.
