Tesla to launch second version of Roadster EV in 2014 - Rumour

Electric vehicle (EV) firm Tesla Motors, which is set to end production of its Roadster sports car at the end of the year, could launch a redesigned version in 2014. According to Autoblogreen, the new Roadster will be based on the Californian firm’s Model S platform rather than the Lotus platform currently used.
