Noveda buys MakeMeSustainable

Noveda Technologies is paying an undisclosed sum to acquire MakeMeSustainable (MMS). The Boston-based firm has developed a web-based platform which enables corporations, organisations and educational institutions to view and manage their energy water consumption. MMS also operates a social network aimed at helping individuals to contextualise their environmental impact and take actions to improve it. The transaction is being financed through a combination of cash and Noveda stock.
