Singapore-based Membrane Instruments and Technology (MINT) has raised an undisclosed amount of equity funding from German nanotechnology investor Nanostart. Founded in 2009, the firm is a spin-off from the county’s NanyangTechnologicalUniversity and is developing technology for monitoring and controlling water quality in real-time filtration-based water treatment plants. Nanostart now holds an 18% stake in MINT.
