Amplio buys water treatment firm EWS

UK-based private equity firm Amplio Group is paying an undisclosed sum to acquire Environmental Water Systems (EWS). The firm provides water recovery, filtration and purification systems and says it has recently developed turnkey projects for companies in the pharmaceutical, hospital, microelectronics, beverage and cosmetics markets.
