Amplio buys UK water treatment firm

Private equity firm Amplio Partners is paying an undisclosed sum to acquire UK-based water treatment firm Puresep Holdings. It is making the acquisition through its Amplio Filtration subsidiary. Puresep operates two subsidiaries, Puresep Water Technologies and Puresep Filtration Technologies, which provide water treatment systems and services to customers in sectors including pharmaceuticals, chemicals and food and beverage.
