Nordex to build USD100m turbine factory in Arkansas

German wind turbine maker Nordex is investing USD100m in a factory in Jonesboro, Arkansas, that will employ 700 people and begin production in 2010. The factory will manufacture every turbine component except the tower. Nordex currently operates factories in Germany and China.
