Masdar buys 40% stake in Finnish wind firm for USD177m

The UAE’s renewable energy venture Masdar is paying EUR120m (USD177m) for a 40% stake in Finnish wind turbine manufacturer WinWinD. As part of the deal, WinWinD will establish a corporate office in Dubai where it will jointly manage development of its business with Masdar.
